Safely Remove Device Icon Not Showing in Windows 10

No matter what I do, it does not show up.

To remove a device:

1. Go to Start Menu -> Settings
2. Devices -> Other Devices.
3. Select and click: Remove device.

How to make the icon reappear? Work in progress...
